Location and Directions

Winterset is conveniently located 15 minutes south of I-80 on Hwy 169 and 15 minutes west of I-35 on Highway 92. At the 4-way stop, go south into Winterset on John Wayne Drive. Stay on John Wayne Drive to West Summit, then turn right at the Y intersection. From Summit, turn left on 4th Ave. and drive .6 miles; turn right onto W. School Street; in .2 miles you will arrive at the Winterset Middle School. Please park and enter on the west side of the building. We'll have signs posted to help you find your way!
